At Kamado Joe International, we stand behind the quality of our ceramic grills and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all ceramic components are secured with the original protective padding.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
