Standard freight shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Once your grill leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
Do Kamado Joe grills come with a warranty?
Yes, every Kamado Joe grill is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on ceramic parts, a 5-year warranty on metal parts, and a 1-year warranty on thermometers and gaskets.
What is your return policy for accessories and consumables?
Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that charcoal, wood chunks, and starters are final sale due to safety and quality control.
Can I use lighter fluid to start my grill?
No, you should never use lighter fluid in a ceramic grill. The porous ceramic will absorb the chemical smell and taste, permanently affecting the flavor of your food. We recommend using natural fire starters or an electric starter.
